Prices exclude VAT. Month-to-month, 30 days' notice. Add QR table ordering for £20/month (£99/month for both). SMS above your allowance, extra locations and professional photography available as extras.

Questions

Do you take a commission on orders?+

No. You pay a fixed monthly fee, however many orders you take.

How do customers pay?+

Online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay — paid straight into your own Stripe account, so we never hold your money. You can also offer cash or card on collection/delivery using your own card machine.

How long does it take to go live?+

Usually a few days. We load your menu, set up your delivery areas and hours, and connect your web address. You check it over, then share the link.

Can I keep my existing website?+

Yes. Your ordering site can live on a sub-address like order.yourtakeaway.co.uk, and you link to it from your current site and social media.

What equipment do I need?+

Any tablet, laptop or PC with a web browser for the kitchen screen. Receipts print from the browser to most USB or network receipt printers.

Is there a contract?+

No long contract — it's month to month with 30 days' notice.
